Provision is made for the production of medicinal agricultural products by training them free of cost and by providing credit to the farmers in all the regions of India by Kendriya Krishi Vikas Sansthan, providing them with a credit system (interest free) of credit =@ 10,000 per acre. Provision is made to ensure that high quality fertilizers / seeds / others (whole category including organic) are available to the farmers identified / registered by the Institution@. Thereafter, the provision of purchasing arrangements is made by the Institution@ to sell medicinal agricultural produce (raw material) produced by farmers at not less than one and a half times the production cost or more which will not be less than MSP.
After purchase of medicinal agricultural product, provision is made for its processing or for manufacture of medicines by the Institution@ itself or by the Institution@'s associate / contracting Institution@, university / school / Panchakarma unit / research Institution@s / others.
Graded medicinal agricultural products prescribed by the Ministry of AYUSH on production of medicinal agricultural products to registered farmers respectively @ 140 Medicinal Plant Mission under Ministry of AYUSH Government of India There is Provision made to ensure arrangement of grant of @30%, @50%, @75% directly to the accounts of registered farmers through DBT Zero Corruption Based Policy.
Sowing the seed / manure / others for medicinal agricultural products by providing free training to the registered / identified farmers (Under Medicinal Agricultural Products Scheme) by the Institution@, facilitating those registered / identified under the Medicinal Agricultural Produce Scheme on the basis of seasonal changes to the credit system and others. There will be provision for irrigation, harvesting and after that the institution will ensure the provision of return through the sale of medicinal agricultural produce (Raw material all category) made in the purchase system (return of interest).
The expenditure incurred on sowing, irrigation, harvesting and other seed purchase on the farmers will be received / refunded from the funds received from the sale by the Institution@ after the sale by the farmers from the credited / registered farmers received by the Institution@, ie the farmers identified / registered by the Institution@ (medicinal) Agricultural Produce Scheme or Medicinal Plant Mission for Ministry of AYUSH Government of India) The scheme will be provided on the basis of seasonal / geographical changes.
