After the establishment of the Central Level Development Committee of the Central Agricultural Development Institute, the person or persons issuing the orders/instructions will be responsible for any irregularities in administrative, economic or other (orders/directions of all categories) issued by the management committee. In order of financial irregularity, along with the termination of service, all the recovery will be done from the movable/immovable property of the person concerned/managerial member/chairman/other.
Orders/instructions in the order of administrative irregularities of Kendriya Krishi Vikas Sansthan
Any irregularity in any order/instruction or other issued by the issuing administrative member/officer/officers/other (State, Board, District, Tehsil, Block, Justice, Gram Panchayat level, All administrative category or Authorized signatory) or In the order of financial irregularity, along with termination of service, all the recovery will be done from the movable/immovable property of the concerned person/persons/administrative member/administrative head/other (all category).
Shall discharge all the responsibilities received by the concerned administrative member/officer/officers/others (State, Mandal, District, Tehsil, Block, Nyaya, Gram Panchayat level, all administrative category or authorized signatory) in the event of otherwise by the appointing authority. Termination of service can be considered with the approval of Hon'ble Chairman/Managing Director Central Agricultural Development Institute.
All recovery related person/persons/judicial or inquiry member/judicial or head of investigation, along with termination of service in order of any irregularity or financial irregularity in the order/instruction or other issued by Kendriya Krishi Vikas Sansthan Judicial/Investigation/Consultant/Law/Other Committee (State, Mandal, District, Tehsil, Block, Justice, Gram Panchayat Level, All Judicial/Investigation Category, Authorized Signatory the entire judicial/inquiry category of cagdi)/Other (all category) will be made from movable/immovable property. Signature verified and accepted by the concerned person in the case of consent of the instructor, appointment/other times.
In the order of the orders/instructions issued by the administrative member/officer/officers/others of Kendriya Krishi Vikas Sansthan (State, Mandal, District, Tehsil, Block, Justice, Gram Panchayat level, All administrative category or Authorized signatory) to be upheld. In the event of otherwise, it will be considered as a category of related indiscipline, which can be considered by the appointing authority after the approval of Hon'ble Chairman/Managing Director, Central Institute of Agricultural Development, assuming the employee/officer is in violation of the conduct rules.
Employee/Officer/Employees/Officers will follow the Employee Conduct Rules in all otherwise, termination of service may be considered by the Appointing Authority with the approval of Hon'ble Chairman/Managing Director, Central Agricultural Development Institute, assuming violation of Employee Conduct Rules .
There is a provision to provide bribeless loans/other financial/banking services to farmers/farmers/others under the Non-NPA Farmers Banking Guarantee Scheme. Percentage will be non-performing assets (NPA) and rural/other employment/other arrangements will be ensured by preparing weak/developed income farmers category from weaker/other income farmers category under bribery/greedless banking/financial system which will change from time to time. Will happen.
Financial/banking/other decisions, amendment/other will be vested in the Uttar Pradesh Agricultural Development Institute to the Chairman/Managing Director, Kendriya Krishi Vikas Sansthan.

In order to establish the Central Office / Headquarters at NCR Greater Noida in the order of CRCF0013886793 issued on 27th June 2022 from the office of Hon'ble Chief Minister, Uttar Pradesh, Central Office after various actions on 27th July 2022. The approval of the Central Headquarters under the control has been received.
